As the real estate market has shifted and the role of agents has been called into question, the visionary group at Inside Real Estate saw an opportunity to support agents by extending their reach— enabling them to stay connected with clients
We first met with IRE to establish the value, usability, feasibility, and business viability of a net new product, built on their own successful, industry-leading real estate CRM.
Through the discovery and analysis, the idea was validated, and we started down the path of building out the experience with a series of remote Design Sprints to flesh-out key user flows in a fully designed prototype.
These sprints are critical in establishing an MVP for the web and mobile app experience. Taking into consideration budget, timeline, and consumer desires our team defined the requirements needed for launch and captured future-state enhancements in a roadmap that would serve as guidance for continued evolution of the experience.
So what value could a realtor bring when you aren’t buying or selling a home?
The solution was a consumer app that would serve as a conduit between the agent and the homeowner allowing for a seamless flow of information during transactions.
And also functioning as a way for homeowners to view their home in an investment context – framed by personalized relator insights.
By providing customers withup-to-date contextual data about their home’s value in their market,
IRE wanted to open the types of conversations agents could be having with their clients.
The CoreHome experience is now a flourishing product being utilized by national real estate brokerages and over 100,000 of their clients, expanding into additional markets everyday.
