Strategy

Early in our relationship, we built trust with AT&T’s digital leadership based on our ability to deliver large projects on time and on budget. Our team worked closely with business stakeholders to define their objectives and then translate those into practical digital strategies for maximum return.

Process

As AT&T embraced Agile, our teams were active in facilitating the transition, providing leadership across various pods in different departments of the organization. Our team has continued to lead new initiatives and pods as fully integrated members of the AT&T digital operation.

Design

One of our biggest achievements was designing a comprehensive, yet easy-to-use customer online account management experience. Our business analysts and UX architects solutioned online functionality for bill pay, monitoring usage, managed services and managing a user’s profile. This produced significant savings by diverting support from call center or in-store personnel.

The new online account management functionality accounted for 72% of traffic to the wireless provider’s site.

Marketing

When business leaders wanted to use social lead generation as a new approach to driving e-commerce revenue, AT&T looked to DefinedLogic to develop a turnkey solution. We created new social marketing campaigns for specific occasions, such as Back to School, Holidays and March Madness, to drive brand engagement, social sharing and phone-add conversions. Increased brand and social engagement drove significant user-generated content, broad social network sharing and return social visitors, which ultimately delivered high ROI.
